Are these programs only for unemployed individuals?
No. Many participants are currently employed but seeking to strengthen their skills, earn a certification, or stabilize their role.

Are cohorts offered year-round?
No. CERTcuit does not run every track year-round. Cohorts are launched as resources, funding, and capacity become available.
What happens if my preferred track is not currently available?
You may be placed on a waitlist or contacted when future cohorts open.
Is applying a guarantee of acceptance?
Yes. Applying triggers an automatic approval to become a Conductor. Specific cohorts have specific requirements, costs, etc., and are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
